Meet Śankari

Śankari has been part of The Raj’s team of Ayurvedic experts since 2003.  With 25 years of  extensive clinical experience in Ayurvedic Pulse Assessment,  along with her Master and PhD in Ayurveda  principles and curriculum development, Sankari  exceptionally skilled in personalized wellness recommendations that may include Ayurvedic treatments, herbal support, nutrition, daily routine, and lifestyle practices. She has also taught the Transcendental Meditation® technique for many years and has lectured on Ayurveda in educational settings throughout the United States. Her approach combines deep knowledge with practical guidance, helping guests apply the principles of Ayurveda in ways that are meaningful and sustainable in daily life. Sankari is also Faculty and  Co-Director of  Maharishi International University's Fellowship MS in Integrative Medicine and Ayurveda, for Doctors and Advanced Practice Providers.
